About me

My name is Hanna, I am QA based in Belarus. I specialize in ensuring quality, testing of the software products, identifying areas for improvement, suggesting of the improvements and leading of the team.
• Domain experience: Healthcare, DAM System (ADAM, LAIKA), Retail & Distribution, Media & Entertainment, Sitecore, Salesforce, e-commerce with payments for B2B and B2C (restaurant, shops, medical app).
• I have gained general Lead experience for 5+ years. I led teams of 2-4 testers. Level of majority of my team members - junior, middle, senior (mostly).
• I have an extensive expertise in web application testing (cross-browser/platform) to develop robust test design requirements, implement QA processes, and handle release estimation and risk management.
• I also design and maintain comprehensive test cases and checklists for full feature tests, regression, usability tests and user acceptance testing.
• In addition, I am familiar with mobile testing (real devices, browsestack, saucelabs). I can conduct native mobile application testing for both iOS and Android platforms and localization testing.
• I created several 7+ Test Plans for my projects and kept them up-to-date.
• I participated in the creation of the QA Handbook where I`ve created several topics: "Risk Management Approach", "Setting Up Quality Gates", "How to run QA Audit: when, why and stages".
• Now I am a member of ProQuality Community and I participate in the creation of content for the channel in Telegram.
• I am experienced in the interviewing and participated in the interviews of new QAs a lot of times. Also I participated in pre-interview activities for the customer`s team – I reviewed the CVs, made a conclusion and presented my conclusions to PO.
• I have an experience in audit of the project: I helped to prepare for Project Audit, I performed a quality audit on my project, which discovered some gaps and managed their fix.
